Download WaveDM from wavedm.com and install it on your Windows or Mac computer. When you open the app, you'll be prompted to log in with your Instagram account. Important: after connecting, keep the account logged in for 2-3 days without sending any DMs. Then start with a low volume (around 10 DMs/day) and gradually increase.

If you already have one or more accounts connected, click the "+" button in the left sidebar to add another account. The same warmup rules apply - let each new account sit for 2-3 days before sending.

There is no separate templates section. Instead, you can save your DM sequences as templates during the campaign setup phase. When creating a campaign, write your messages and save the sequence as a template for reuse in future campaigns. You can use personalization variables like {name} and {username}.

You set up a follow-up sequence with custom delays. If a prospect doesn't reply within your set timeframe, WaveDM automatically sends the next message in your sequence. You can set up to 2 follow-up steps per sequence.

When a prospect replies at any point, the follow-up sequence is automatically paused for that person. You can also manually remove individual contacts from a sequence at any time.

Auto-replies are rule-based. You define keyword triggers and the corresponding response. When someone replies with a message containing your specified keyword, WaveDM automatically sends the pre-set reply. This is not AI-powered - you configure the exact conditions and responses.

You can set up to 2 follow-up steps per sequence. This keeps your outreach focused and avoids over-messaging prospects.
